Yoder Delivers Pipe Mill Entry Equipment Yoder recently delivered new entry equipment for a customer's existing 6-5/8" Pipe Mill.  The new double holddown, double peeler system is an upgrade from the customers original setup.  With hands-free threading, the new equipment adds the capability of peeling off top or bottom, to accommodate the burr direction of incoming material and a thickness capacity of 3/8", high-strength steel.  For more information, contactyoder@formtekgroup.com. Oldest Yoder Promotion

Since 1910, Yoder has revolutionized the sheet metal forming industry. We are looking for the oldest Yoder machinery in production. POWERFUL TAX INCENTIVES FOR NEW EQUIPMENT PURCHASES EXTENDED THROUGH 2009

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act extends for purchases made in 2009 increased Section 179 expensing for small business equipment purchases, as well as a 50% bonus depreciation allowance for new machine tools and other equipment ordered and placed in service during 2009.

Yoder Manufacturing of Cleveland, Ohio, a member of the Formtek Group, has developed a new version of its W-10S/W-15S Reducing Tube Mill System to meet the needs of small diameter appliance refrigeration and automotive fuel line tubing. The Yoder W-10S/W-15S can produce ½” diameter tube and reduce a range of finish diameters and wall thicknesses down to 3/16”. The reducing section is independently adjustable, for 3/16” to 1/2” finish diameters. The versatility of this reducing configuration, recently updated with full digital controls, decreases changeover time and improves repeatability of setups.  Additional upgrades of the mill enable sizing of tubes up to 1” diameter, along with its reducing capabilities.  All of this is now available with CE certification for use in Europe.
